Artwork That Prints Great
A few quick rules of thumb.
The builder checks your resolution automatically, but starting with good files makes every transfer look its best.
Transparent PNG
Export your design as a PNG with a transparent background so only the art prints.
300 DPI at print size
High-resolution files stay sharp. The builder flags anything that would print soft.
No mirroring needed
Upload art right-reading, exactly how it should look on the shirt. We flip it for the film.
Solid colors, clean lines
Avoid semi-transparent fades and hairlines thinner than 1 pt; they can drop out in the powder adhesive.

Gang sheet questions, answered.
A gang sheet is one large Direct-To-Film transfer sheet packed with multiple designs. You fill a 22-inch-wide sheet with as many logos and graphics as fit, we print the whole sheet, and you cut out each transfer and heat-press it onto shirts, hoodies, hats and more.
A PNG with a transparent background works best. We also accept JPG and WebP. Aim for 300 DPI at the size you plan to print; the builder shows a live resolution check on every design so you know before you order.
No. Upload your art exactly as you want it to look on the garment. We handle the mirroring on our end when the film prints.
Yes. Mix as many different designs, sizes and color artworks as you want on a single sheet. That is the whole point of a gang sheet: one print run, many transfers.
Press at roughly 300°F for 10 to 15 seconds with firm pressure, let it cool, then peel. Every order comes with pressing instructions, and we are happy to walk you through it.
